It’s a funny joke which it applies mostly to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt and all other Arabic countries because using the last phrase (completely Arabic) is belong to Arabs not Persians! Honesty, Muslims in Iran do use these phrase when they feel they're gonna die! But it's not that much popular like what is it between Arabs that in airport control tower operators use it!
Note: People in Iran speak Persian language, not Arabic langauge.

(shahadah: "'ašhadu 'al-lā ilāha illā-llāhu wa 'ašhadu 'anna muħammadan rasūlu-llāh" or "I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of God." This testament is a foundation for all other beliefs and practices in Islam (although technically the Shi'a do not consider the shahadah to be a separate pillar, just a belief). Muslims must repeat the shahadah in prayer, and non-Muslims wishing to convert to Islam are required to recite the creed.)
Arab World: The Arab World (Arabic: العالم العربي; Transliteration: al-`alam al-`arabi) stretches from the Atlantic Ocean in the west to the Persian Gulf in the east, and from the Mediterranean Sea in the north to Central Africa and the Indian Ocean in the south. It consists of 23 countries with a combined population of some 325 million people spanning two continents. In following pictures you can see Arab world which Iran is not part of it.
