Right before Ahmadinejad travel to New York to address the session of the UN General Assembly, in his speech, said, “Today, the Iranian nation has access to advanced technology for making modern weapons.“
I would say probably he's right, in Iran they spent lots of petrol money for buying weapons from China and Russia but technology!
Let's take wireless technology and services in Iran. Wireless network is still not working properly in Iran, we do have unbelievable amount of problems with cell phone carrier. I can say we do have everything in Iran but technology. I bet you can find IPhone in Tehran but what's the point?! first you should pay lots of money to wireless carrier, then your IPhone can’t get calls, hangs and still isn’t gonna work and finally you feel frustrated and eventually you'll give up.
But still they swearing at the US and Israel because they consider them root of every problem in the world. So where is the technology thing? I guess they call that motto against US and Israel technology "Down with the US! Down with Israel!"

Iran spend all its Oil money on weapons
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha ha, LOL
at least go do some research before make dum* statement like that
Iran only spends 2.5% of its GDP on its military and before Ahmadinejad we spent 3.5%
vs
the U.S. that spend 4% or Israel that spends over 8%
compared to its GDP Iran spends less than every other country in the M.E. other than U.A.E.
Iran has been under sanctions for over 30 years but still Iran exports weapons to 50 country's and if we didn't have the technology to build weapons then why in hell would the U.S., Russia & China put sanctions prohibiting the sale of Iranian weapons to other countries?
you can watch Iranian T.V. live on your cell phone in Iran. sorry but i still can't do that here in the U.S., now does that make the U.S. a country that lacks technology! I don't think so
and Majority of our weapons are Iranian made both pictures you are showing are of Iranian made weapons
they may look like Russian or Chinese weapons but so what there is no need for Iran to redesign these weapons
in war what your weapon looks like means nothing who effective it is, is the only thing that matters
and the more outdated it looks could even be beneficial
for example if your in a F/A-18 and you see a F-4 on your radar 150km away you might not perceive it as a high threat but if that F-4 is armed with a AIM-54 Phoenix he can shot you down before you even get in range to take a shot at it with a F/A-18 that is armed with the latest AMRAAM Missile
sorry to tell you but you know nothing
I don't know why did I use "All", it is my mistake, granted.
ReplyDeleteIs not a smart move to take this article for iran's military expenditure though. This article is a literal understanding from Iranian people and situation there. it didn't mean to go and show stats. By the way checking CIA fact books doesn't make you smart because Iran has not provided it's military expenditure since day one.
and yes, if you take our estimated GDP 294.1bn and military expenditure 7.2bn then it makes 2.5% of GDP on military but you're wrong. these stats are estimated! and they are not facts.
If you wanna talk about numbers you should bring Iran's military expenditure in Palestine, Syria, Lebonan, Iraq and Afghanistan and etc otherwise they are not accurate and to this article, doens't matter how much they are not!
FYI: Compare to GDP, Iran spends more than Egypt, Pakistan, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar in Middle East.
For sure Iran build weapons there is no doubt but not technological weapon, just check IRAM post and you'll see arms that Iran makes, it's absurd.
You can't watch live TV on your cell because you're not smart, if you were smart you would contact your wireless phone carrier!
FYI: From 2004, you could watch live TV on cell in the US. There has been different technologies for TV on cell. one of them is MediaFLO
They are working on a new technology based on... (i don't want to overflow you with these infos)
FYI: About Iran's mobile TV: They didn't invent technology just they bought DVB-H equipment and the system is operational just from March 2008.
what is the point of having TV on cell phone in Iran while we don't have most basic services like MMS and VMS and also just souple of handsets support DVB-H so most users still can't use TV on cell phone.
"what your weapon looks like means nothing who effective it is"
granted!
"the more outdated it looks could even be beneficial"
absurd!
again thank you for bringing that "all"!
