Well, despite all hostility between Iranian fundamentalist Muslims and Israel, an Iranian group Iranians Friends of Israel remembered "holocaust remembrance day" and paid respect for the victims of that genocide. I think so, we, Persians should recognize this day in our calendars and pay our respect to the victims of holocaust. I know it sounds silly or impossible in current fundamentalist muallhs who don't miss a chance to shout "Down with Israel" or "Israel should be wiped out of the face of the world" and so on, but if we, people, recognize "holocaust remembrance day" in our calendar, recall it and remind it to our friends, colleagues and bloggers we make their memory alive and this whole thing make us a better group inside and outside of Iran. If we understand what happened in past to Jews then we can expect that the world understand what's going on in Iran. Remembrance of such day could remind us what can happen to civilized people when bigotry, hatred and indifference reign.
Thanks to Iranians Friends of Israel that brought this topic to attention.
By the way, I don't have any problem with Israel and most of people too and just we are tiered of Iranian mullahs fascism who supports Hezbollah and Hamas. Almost in every conversation you can hear that people are so frustrated with the idea of supporting fanatic groups in the region.
