Cartoonists’ view of Iran’s election crisis

Cartoonists inspired by fraudulent election results in Iran, post-election crisis, protests and violent suppression of protesters. Here I have collection of them which I am not really sure who exactly draw them however most of them have signatures. So if you have more info about these cartoons please write here in comment box then I will be able to give them credit here. Thanks.

Satisfaction by Mana Neyestani, an Iranian cartoonist

While they fight for freedom, Islamic regime accuses people for spying for foreign countries and/or acting against national security!

Since International journalists banned from reporting of protests and then deported from Iran, young tech savvy Iranians became citizen journalists and report from the streets.

They brutally suppress any voice about Democracy.

Basically says it all, a fraction between two sides. I meant, one. Oh, I am just confused. Kidding! It is a fraction in hierarchy of theocratical power structure

This is my favorite and says how Iran governs by Ayatollahs!

Eventually Iranian brains will evolve and realise that theocracy, religion and mullhs are the cancer of the society.

This is religion. Have a good look at it. Hoping for a democratic secular Iran, where wisdom rules rather than words of the dark ages. Mina

Cartoonists are men of few words BUT great wisdom.
Really amazing all these cartoons.
It comforts us to see that the world is not indifferent about Iran and understands deeply what truly is happening in our country.
Thanks

The world's cartoonists at their *very* best. Very often one finds, the bigger the issue, the better the cartoons. Many of the above are like arrows aimed at the bullseye AND hitting it. Great stuff.

Thanks for posting, Reza.

Are you kidding me! Khamenei and his stooges are not religious. The guy is not even a qualified Mulla. All the qualified Mullas in Iran are against him! You people use anything to advance your agendas. You don't care about the Iranian people (who by the way were shouting the Islamic slogan of Allahu Akbar) anymore than Khamenei and his bunch!

He is a qualified mullah, they say he is not a qualified ayatollah. There is a big difference between these two but let me not go there. It is not true that “all the qualified mullahs are against him”. If by “qualified mullahs” you mean grand ayatollah, according to their code of conduct (nevertheless they are not required to follow it or even care to live by it, and they have all the reason in world to come with some sort of excuse) they have the responsibility to enlighten their followers about these sort of information and it hasn’t happened yet. So don’t give them credit when they don’t deserve it.

About shouting Islamic slogan of Allahu Akbar, non-religious youth attending Friday prayer in support of movement, I will happily explain in a post in near future.
