Iranian police’s thuggish behavior

State-own media have been pointing finger at protesters for destroying properties and people’s cars on streets since June 13, but following videos proves otherwise.

In one video, you can clearly see that plainclothes Basij militia along riot-police throw stones at people inside of houses while other police breaking cars’ windows.

Iranian People call them thugs, not police.

  1. You can't do anything cos state tv will tell u the BBC filmed it for a documentary they are filming. Press TV will tell us foreigners the same, but say it was filmed in the west.
BTW here is a comment i left on Press TV before they removed it. I wonder why?

DOWN WITH THE BBC FOR REPORTING THE TRUTH!! FOREIGN MEDIA IS EVIL. THEY TELL PEOPLES STORY TO WORLD. WE NEED MORE LIKE PRESS TV WHO REPORT BULLSHIT. TRUTH IS DANGEROUS. BULLSHIT IS EASY FOR BRAINWASHED PERSONS LIKE ME TO UNDERSTAND. MY HEAD HURTS NOW. I GO TO BED. NIGHT NIGHT.

Yes it seems i challenged they're good reputation of being an upstanding and truthful news feed.

  3. Do you think that the state media in Iran will convince many that this protest was a western plot ? I hope not....the only news getting out of Iran that is truthful is coming from people such as yourself . Thank you.....be safe . Keep up the important work that you are doing .

  4. Take a read of 'DAILY IRAN'. Protests hardly get a mention. It is a very sad state of affairs. I do not know how it is in Iran, but i know of ppl here who believe in almost anything they read in papers. They only talk about it when it directly affects their lives.

I believe Iran state tv put on 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy on tv, to pacify ppl to stay away. For a station to show a few films from 'The Great Satan' himself (Tho Peter Jacksons a kiwi/NZ) is a monumental feat itself. Tho i imagine it was edited too.
Here's some lyrics by Fugazi which highlight this effect.

    Did you hear something outside?
    It sounded like a gun
Stay away from that window boy
    It's not anyone we know
Only about ourselves and what we read in the paper
Don't you know ink washes out easier than blood
But we don't have to try it
And we don't have to buy it
    Repeater
    ...........................
I hope this was not the outcome in Iran.
