You mentioned "Virgin prisoners were raped before being executed. The reason is that according to IRI interpretation of Islamic laws, killing of a virgin woman is prohibited because her soul does not go to Hell after death"....no you got this part wrong...according to Islamic Sharia…a virgin woman (executed, stoned or any other way that she get killed) will go to heaven so in order to make sure these women will go to hell, and somehow to take away this Islamic privilege from virgin women, IRI agents would force them to sleep with them night before execution.
